Sweets for the Sweet
Rule #1: Calories don’t count on Valentine’s Day (or Galentine’s Day, for that matter). In Black Mountain, we have an abundance of sweet treats for you to share, all from the hearts and ovens of local bakers and confectioners, like:
Berliner Kindl German Restaurant & Deli: Seriously, you have to try their house-made apple strudel, made daily with a flaky pastry crust cradling cinnamon-spiced apples.
Four Sisters Bakery: Pie. That is all. OK, actually, that’s only the beginning.
Hey Hey Cupcake: How can a cupcake place make such amazing macarons, chocolate chip cookies, and turnovers, too? Magic. Gluten-free cupcake selections change daily, so call for availability.
Recess Coffee and Baked Goods: Start with a croissant and coffee, then we’ll leave it up to you.
